Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition as received.
- Item must not have been altered or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories (if included) must be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused for:
- Items showing signs of use after delivery.
- Items damaged by the customer.
- Items returned outside the return window.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact customer support before sending the item back.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
